Healthy Bathroom with Many Openings

Natural light is important to the room. The rooms are constantly using artificial light, without good air circulation actually dengerous. Diseases such as tuberculosis (TB), and harmful bacteria can grow in the room without natural light from sun.

The air flowing in the room is important, you know. Not only for comfort, but also very influential on health. Health can be maintained if the room has a moisture (water content) and a pressure sufficient for us to breathe.

Have there been among you who walk into a room, then feel claustrophobic? Well, it appears crowded because of the pressure of high contrast. A sense of claustrophobic should not we allow for the room that we use every day.

The bathroom has a risk to be claustrophobic. Activities which are private, making it likely to be more closed than the other rooms. Not only the impact of the increased risk of bacteria, fungi were more easily grown, and will certainly accelerate the damage to the bathroom.

Create an opening that has a cross air circulation, and access of light into a solution "cheap-rousing" which should be prepared before you have a bathroom. But if you already have a closed bathroom, you can create an opening in the wall that borders more space, so that air pressure differences arise which cause the movement of air flow. Better yet, if the opening to the outside of the building, because fresh air can be exchanged more quickly.
